I wrote this during one of my best road trips. I couldn’t resist myself from writing at that particular moment. It was so admirable.
And here it goes,
So, I’m travelling from Gangtok to Darjeeling right now. I’m thrilled to look at these amazing views which surround me. I cannot get over it. I’m enthralled to look at these tall mountains and river Teesta flowing by. A number of pictures of imagination cross my mind when I observe how beautifully the mountains are carved in themselves.
Here are monkeys climbing and birds chirping. This has given me a soulful touch. Music has made it even more fun. I must say,my sister has the best playlist with songs of Ritviz, Rehmaan, Local train and many more.
OH! Yes, it’s raining now. What could have made it even more better? I swear guys, rains have made this, much more scenic. I mean it has added to this beautiful trip. I feel
infinite.
Going through curvy and steep roads, with trees on both the sides and music and rain and the people, closest to my heart. This is the perfect moment for me.
Now comes the fog and mist, and it feels like we are entering into the heaven. As we are moving ahead, it is getting a lot more beautiful.
Here, we stop at a view point named as “lover’s point.” The view is phenomenal. I cannot imagine it for real. It looks like a painting. My eyes are wide open still wondering, Is this a dream?
A bright rainbow is in front of my eyes with mountains around and a river flowing by. The clouds seem to play with the mountains, touching and cuddling with them. It’s cold here and having a hot tea with Maggi and standing in front of this unimaginable view site makes my soul so satisfied and happy.
And here it comes with tree plantations, The Queen Of Hills-Darjeeling. I’m absorbed in the fragrance of the mud and rain.I’m so feverish for what more is going to add on. I swear guys, I have not exaggerated anything.
